Full Service Warranty Processing
We provide full virtual Warranty Administrative Services. This includes: Coding, Booking, Submitting and Resubmitting claims to manufacturer and the cleaning of Warranty schedules. We also provide the Dealership's Management and Personnel with issues we see as they arise , as we check claims for Compliance, Parts, Labor Operation , Tech Certification etc. Additionally, we communicate all status and concerns regarding Dealer's warranty claims.
Temporary Warranty Processing
We also will provide temporary Warranty Administrative Services.
WARRANTY LABOR & PARTS RATE INCREASE
We will prepare Warranty Labor and Parts Rate increase packages and adhere to all rules as it pertains to each manufacturer and present it to Dealer for submission to manufacturer.
